For several years, Eilat has been serving as VP of Solution Engineering at Amdocs, where she led global digital transformation programs for large Enterprises. In this role, she shaped product roadmaps, championed reuse and efficiency strategies, and introduced AI-driven tools to automate solution design and accelerate delivery.

Earlier in her career, Eilat led numerous end-to-end delivery projects, from sales through production, and managed a large-scale development organization responsible for one of Amdocs flagship products.
