operations within the year 2015 in Istanbul.

ECP Consulting commenced its operations in the year 2015 in Istanbul. The founders of the company are Elvan Kantar and Alpaslan Kartal. Elvan Kantar was born in 1978 in Germany. He has great command of German, English and Dutch, intermediate level in Arabic and Ghana local language Twi as well as Gambia’s local language Mandinka.
